Our Patent Pending locking mechanism uses a wedge block system that puts equal pressure all the way around the barrel nut. This gives you better harmonics and a much stronger mounting solution especially when you're putting pressure on the end using a bipod or sling.
The Newly Released RG2 handguards were developed specifically for suppressor builds, each length is designed to fit common barrel length and leave room for all types of quick attach suppressor mounting solutions. The skeletonized design shaves as much weight as posssible without sacrificing the integrity of the handguard. All edges are chamfered, blasted, then Type 3 Hardcoat anodized for a smooth feel.

Installation Instructions
- Torque barrel nut to 40 ft pounds
- Anti-Seize on the barrel nut is not necessary but recommended
- Line the handguard top rail to the AR upper receiver rail for a seamless fit
- Install wedges and torque two 10/32 bolts to 40 inch pounds

The attachment system between the barrel nut and handguard that this handguard uses is genius. Their attachment system is unique and is the best, strongest and most secure system available from anyone - regardless of price. The handguard design is highly skeletonized and light. M-LOK holes on 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions only.

Bad ass rail
This rail is awesome! Damn it makes the rifle look bad ass! Hardly noticed any blems, first time I take it out it's gonna get beat up anyways. Nice and slim, feels great! Locking system is crazy tight around barrel nut. There is an ever so slight, height diff between my upper and where the rail meets up, it sits just a hair lower, talking thousandths of an inch. No one I've showed it to has even noticed. Great price on a great handguard.

Blem Handguard
Noticed a few small blemishes, nothing major. Nothing that wouldn’t have gotten banged up a little with normal use. Will be purchasing again in the future.
