Breek Arms' mission is to provide quality parts at competitive prices. Our newly developed RG2-S (Rugged Rail Mod2 Skeletonized) Handguard line up is an evolution from our previous lineup. Our Patent Pending locking mechanism uses a wedge block system that puts equal pressure all the way around the barrel nut. This gives you better harmonics and a much stronger mounting solution especially when you're putting pressure on the end using a bipod or sling.

The Newly Released RG2 handguards were developed specifically for suppressor builds, each length is designed to fit common barrel length and leave room for all types of quick attach suppressor mounting solutions. The skeletonized design shaves as much weight as posssible without sacrificing the integrity of the handguard. All edges are chamfered, blasted, then Type 3 Hardcoat anodized for a smooth feel.

  • Patent Pending Rugged Rail System - 2 Piece Wedge Blocks Allow for a Rock Solid Attachment

Great price for a quality 11.5 handguard. I can't find the BLEM, but this is great for future build that will be cerekoted.

Heavy barrel nut and otherwise a nicely machined handguard that works great for 12.3"-12.5" builds.

    Solid handguard

I got this HG on sale because it was a Blem model. There was some cosmetic issues with it as expected, but that doesn’t take away from the performance of this rail. This thing locks up SOLID. Probably one of the most solid feeling rails I’ve used. I like that they used a steel barrel nut. You do have to invest a little money in a Crows Foot wrench for the barrel nut but even with that, I still paid under $100.

    Great finish and locking system

Posted by Albert on Jun 6th 2023

This is my second handguard from breek arms I also have the 13” and loved how sturdy it was so I picked another up for my 11.5 build. Haven’t put it on yet but the finish is great and I expect it to be just as durable as the other handguard I’ve used. Love the wedge system it really locks the rail down to the barrel nut to keep it from moving. Only thing I’d ask for are QD mounts on the rails for future designs.

    Good handguard

Posted by Owen allen on Apr 10th 2023

I could not find the blem on the handguard. The machining seems to be well done and deburred properly. Finish seems to be good and consistent. The barrel nut and rail fit up was tight and I have no doubts it will hold and stay zeroed. The issues I found is that the pic rail will not sit perfectly flush against the receiver rail, there is a .020" gap or so between the 2. Not a big deal but it's there could be issue if you need that slot spacing. Also the barrel nut has flats machined into the round stock causing a large lip on the back side of flats. My pistol length gas tube rides on that lip. I'm going to have to turn it down on a lathe to clear it. Other than those issues seems to be a well made handguard for the price.

    Excellent value and product

My only suggestion is that the appropriate barrel nut crows foot be included. Sourcing a 1.25" wrench/tool is a pain in the rear.
