Returns

 

Following our warranty, you have 1 whole year to return an item from the date you received it! That's plenty of time to really test out the product. If you don't like it, we'll take it back, even if it's used with no questions asked! One caveat, you must be able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase or order number to be eligible.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 days, but this always depends on your card issuer's policies. We have no control over that.

 

Shipping

 

To bear the cost of this 1 year return policy, no questions asked, we ask you to be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect. 


We can ship to all of the lower 48 states in America (sorry Alaska and Hawaii). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations, you are responsible for knowing your local and state laws.


When you place an order, we will ship your product out within 24 hours. USPS offers the best rates for small orders, thus saving you money. We also use priority mail in most cases which claims to arrive at your door in 2-3 business days. That's Amazon Prime fast!
