Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

To apply for a return:

Log into your customer account on, find the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link. Note that you will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.




Our warranty grants you 1 whole year to return an item from the date you received it! That's plenty of time to really test out the product. If you don't like it, we'll take it back, even if it's used with no questions asked! One caveat, you must be able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase or order number to be eligible.

To bear the cost of this 1 year return policy, no questions asked, we ask you to be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.

For items that had assembly work done (gas block and tube, complete upper, etc.) there may be a restocking fee applied. If an item has damage beyond the scope of normal use, the refund amount may be reduced.


BLEM Return Policy:

Returns for blemished items may still be made within 1 year for any reason, we honor returns for used and new products just the same. In the case of product identified on our website as 'BLEM' the refund will only be for the cost of the product. The refund will not include any shipping costs (to customer or return shipping). If the item has “free shipping” the price of shipping is included in the cost of the product, and the return for these products will be the total minus the actual shipping costs we paid to send it out. If preferred, we can make a prepaid return label for the return and deduct that shipping amount from the refund total. We usually have cheaper shipping rates compared to retail prices so this generally ends up saving customers some time and money.




Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 days, but this always depends on your card issuer's policies. We have no control over that. Also note that any additional shipping upgrade cost paid when the order originally shipped out will not be refunded.

In a case where you placed an order but later found out there was a discount code, we will issue a store credit which can be applied toward any future order. Make sure you have an online account set up before asking for a refund.



We can ship to all of the lower 48 states in America (and Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations, you are responsible for knowing your local and state laws.

When you place an order, we will ship your product out within 24 hours (complete uppers and other custom builds may take an additional day or two before being shipped out). USPS offers the best rates for small orders, thus saving you money. We also use priority mail in most cases which claims to arrive at your door in 2-3 business days. That's Amazon Prime fast!
