See this important update regarding upcoming changes to our shipping policy due to new California legislation.
Due to California legislation (AB-1263) taking effect on January 1, 2026, Breek Arms will no longer be able to accept direct orders from non-FFL customers in California.
- Orders shipped to California non-FFL customers will no longer be accepted.
- Only California FFL holders (FFL-01, FFL-07, FFL-08, and FFL-11) will be eligible to receive orders directly from Breek Arms.
- Individual buyers can still purchase Breek Arms products by working with a local California FFL.
Why the change?
This new legislation would require us to keep your personal documents on file and mandate delivery carriers to perform ID checks. Many Breek Arms products would require full identity verification, a signed acknowledgment form, and strict shipping protocols. We believe this puts your privacy and personal security at unnecessary risk and adds an excessive burden and liability that we cannot meet at this time.
How to Purchase Our Products
You can still purchase Breek Arms products through your local gun store or FFL. If they do not currently carry our products, please encourage them to contact us to become an authorized dealer.
Important Dates for Retail Orders
If you are a California resident and need any Breek Arms parts before these changes take effect, we strongly encourage you to place your direct order as soon as possible.
- Final Order Deadline: Orders being shipped to non-FFL California customers must be placed no later than December 22, 2025.
- Any eligible orders placed by non-FFL California customers before December 22, 2025, will be processed and shipped under our current policies.
- Beginning December 23, 2025, all direct orders from non-FFL California customers will be canceled and refunded.
