The 2BO-S Single Port Muzzle brake was designed to reduce recoil and muzzle rise and keep your rifle footprint short. The recoil reduction allows the shooter to stay on target and take follow up shots quickly. The brake is machined out of 4140 steel, heat treated for hardness, and nitride offering exceptional strength and durability. The 2BO-S has a large 90 degree port to mitigate recoil and muzzle rise countering the force generated through firing. This gives less blowback resulting in higher overall shooter comfort. Simply slide the Blast Shield over the outside of the muzzle device and turn the blast shield on. This gives the shooter a more pleasant experience when firing especially for shorter platforms that tend to have an overbearing concussion. Added durability due to an updated heat treating process that increases reliability for higher muzzle pressures. Installation of all Breek Arms muzzle devices are very straightforward and require basic hand tools.

Awesome
I purchased this along with the screw on Shroud and I couldn't be happier with it and it's performance. I have it on a 8" barreled 5.56 AR pistol and it had a A2 FH before which did absolutely nothing to help mitigate the blast away from the shooter and it's extremely loud with the A2. Now with the Break brake and shroud it's still loud but since the sound is now directed forward it makes a significant difference by pushing the report forward and away from the shooter as to the A2 which just pushed the report out to the sides. If you have a Short barrel pistol or rifle I highly recommend getting a Break set up.

Nice brake and shield
Muzzle brake is a nice piece and the shield is a cool addition when at the indoor range
